Key Deposit A $10.00 cash deposit is required at check-in. This is refundable upon check-out with return of keys and tv remote to the front desk.
   
Parking One car per unit. Additional spaces are available for an additional charge.
   
Visitors All visitors of motel guest(s) are required to register at front desk. Additional charges are applicable: $10.00 per person/per day (13 & over) and/or $5.00 per child/per day (12 & under).
   
Special Requests Special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
   
Pets No pets allowed.
   
Smoking Policy Smoking, including hookahs, is prohibited in all motel rooms, elevator, indoor stairways, lobby and game room. A fee of $100.00 USD will be charged to any guest who smokes in smoke free areas.
   
Rate/Reservation Validity Policy

Rates are quoted for 2 persons per room unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to availability and may change at any time. Rates do not include New Jersey Sales Tax (14%).

Rates do not apply to weekends, holidays and conventions. Special events and/or holiday weekends may require a 3-night minimum stay.

In the event of discrepancies, alterations, modifications, or variations between the confirmation receipt and our official records, our official records shall control. Tampering with the written confirmation receipt to alter room rate, or any other reservation information is strickly prohibited and may result in legal consequences.

Any modification to a reservation is subject to availability at the time of the modification request and may result in a change of rates and/or require payment of cancellation fees.

No refunds will be remitted for early departure and/or inclement weather.

 

 

 

 

Booking.com Reservations

50 percent of the total amount will be charged at time of booking.

The remaining balance will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival.

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days BEFORE date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

If cancelled, modified later, or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable.

The credit card used for booking the reservation, as well as valid I.D., must be presented at time of check-in.

   
Age Requirement Policy

Guests under 25 years of age can only check-in with a parent or official guardian. Guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout their stay.

All guests must show valid identification and credit card upon room registration.

   
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests received prior to two weeks of arrival date are subjected to a 25% handling fee of the deposit amount.

Cancellation requests received within two weeks of arrival date will be forfeited 100% of the deposit amount.

A change of dates may constitute as a cancellation. Deposits are not transferable.

   
Payment Policy

A one-night deposit is required to confirm reservations of 4 nights or less. A two-night deposit is required to confirm reservations of 5 nights or more. Deposits are accepted in the form of checks and/or money order and must be received within 7 days of making the reservation.

Credit cards deposits are only accepted for last minute reservations and are non-refundable.(Card must be presented at check-in).

The total balance of the reservation is due upon check-in.

We accept cash,debit cards and credit cards (American Express, Discovery, Mastercard & Visa). Please note that an additional 3% surchage applies to debit/credit payments.

No personal checks will be accepted on arrival.
